Import resting energy as basic BMR from Apple Health for Apple Watch users
In is a possibility to set basic calorie goal automatically as import from Apple Health - resting energy? Resting energy is automatically update from my Apple Watch and now I am seeing it manually once a week in Yazio getting average resting energy from next week. If You add this option setting calorie goal will be fully automate for Apple Watch owners. It will be great feature. Basic calorie goal Yazio will get from Apple Health, and Activity energy (witch is already working) will show our ekstra calories. It will give fully complete and 100% truth information.

Marcus Goepfert MergedCurrently it is only possible to set the daily calorie requirement according to age, weight and supposed daily activity. It would be much more precise if there was an option to calculate that from "Resting energy" plus "Active energy" in Apple Health.

Nikos MergedI would like to make a suggestion of inserting manually the resting metabolic rate for those who know this value by a rmr measurement in order to have a more precise calories monitor rather than the app making the calculations based on the age , height , weight of an establised formula.
