Notes: Self-managed (own) labels (mood, environment, etc.)
This is about the labels which can be selected wthin the notes-section (e.g. head ache, movie night, etc.). I think tracking of subjectively perceived health, mood and general circumstances is a very powerful tool if this feature is extended.
As a user I want to maintain and manage my own labels in order to be able to track my behavior, mental and physical tendencies over time.
(This would include adding, modifying, deleting and grouping of labels)

Cheryl MergedThe ability to have more tags in the notes section to capture how you’re feeling. Also would like an option to create your own tags like you can customize a new activity under the activities tab.

Emma MergedBe able to customize the emojis and corresponding emotions etc. for the How Was Your Day section. I don’t use a lot of the ones that are pre set there and there are more that I would use that I would like to add.

JaniMore options for mood and mental alertness would be beneficial and the ability to track its history for comparison because of changes in nutrition and dietary habits progressively improving over time.
