I work in a place with spotty cell service. It’d be nice to offer the option to have data saved locally if I’m logging things I’ve frequently or recently eaten (i.e., this food's nutritional info is cached), and upload the info to the server when I have better reception. I can’t tell you how frustrating it is when I have to wait 3 minutes for the app to connect just to add the same lunch I ate yesterday.

Totally agree. I have the same issue. App is unusable without stable connection.
I’m traveling a lot and naturally eating in an airplane, many time during the long distance flights. Would be good to have offline option available, at least to keep the records.
Yes, me too. It Is very frustrating.
+1. I have to use MyFitnessPal because it has this feature. If you add it and multiple meals, I’d gladly switch to YazioPro. Waiting! Please add at least caching of earlier eaten food, if it’s impossible to download all the database
Or just cache only the favorite foods / meals / recipes.
I agree the app should be able to start without internet connectivity.
Perhaps add items as temporary, make a mark (dashed red font or a symbol next to these) and snyc them later by editing them.
Yup ! Going on a cruise and won’t be connected for days !! And it would be very handy to know what I’m allowed to eat !!!
Totally agree. I work on a ship for 3 months where there is no internet service, so you can imagine... the app become useless
I have yazio pro, I am fully satisfied, but If I knew it didn't work offline , I would not even download the free version.I am diabetic type 1 and I cannot even figure out what insulin dose should I do for every meal. It is a pity. You are unprofessional. You have to fix this immediately. At least with the favorites or the foods saved.
Yes, I would also like to see this feature!
It would be good if one could add foods that were eaten without adding calories and so on. So one could at least keep track of what one ate during the time. Then once the mobile device was hooked up to wifi it could automatically update the information. Water consumption and tracking activities could also easily be off-line.
I look forward to seeing the update!
Do off-line option, often go on work trips and not everywhere there is Internet, I need off-line version, the purpose app intelligent

We are talking about statistics on the clock. When working offline, the app does not work and does not record statistics. If you disable WIFI and your phone, the app is useless. I think it is worth implementing the offline statistics recording function. That is, statistics will be collected in hours and then transferred to the phone in the app when you connect to the phone.
At least do it for the water statistics ...
thank you for your attention...
Please add the ability to use the application offline. So that in offline mode it was possible to enter the application, add food to the list of "favorites", add the calories eaten. Thank you.

New comer on Yazio. I air travel a lot. Cannot access to my journal offline. Sorry to see first request is dated Jan 2019. 2 years ago... Move on guys! 😉🙏🏼
Enable to do offline entries eg in flight.
At lease for some entries, maybe from the last 100 entries that were cashed in the phone

totally agree, it would be good to have an offline mode or the possibility to access the database offline
My thoughts exactly! Why can't we have access to the already planned menus if there's no cell coverage? It's annoying. And not all of us have WiFi 24/7, you know.
If I knew this app required cloud connection in order to work I would have NEVER gotten premium, imagine if all apps did this… I will definitely not renew if this major design flaw is not fixed
First of all, I really like the YAZIO App, used MyFitnessPal before. Would not want to go back especially since they don’t offer a lifetime subscribtion.
But you really have to fix this. You have to be able to open the App, see your calories and macros and add more. Please don’t let us down on this!
I have reached the Yazio Support already, but believe my comment would be usefull here as well.
I'm living in Ukraine and due to the war here we have daily power outages for 5-20 hours as well as internet shutdown.
I find it's a nice idea to be able to use an offline database for food so even in such a tough time users could stay on track and maintain heathy habits.
It's okay if the offline mode would be included in the premium subscription.
Agree. Please add offline access
