Weronica Jansson Rådberg MergedTo be able to adjust the goal for calories and macros for each meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack). Also to be able to do this with different goals each day. I eat different each day because of different activities. That includes different macro ratios per day and per meal.

MicheleHello! I also use FatSecret (another app) and this app can be the possibility to chooise different goals (Protein, Carbohydrates, Kilocalories) for each days (monday ecc ecc).
This feature is very important for me and for those who follow a diversified sporting and food activity for days.

TarasThis is really good idea! For example I go to the gym 3 times a week so have to eat more these days. I don't have a clear schedule, though. Sometimes trainings start on Monday, sometimes on Tuesday.

Kasper MergedIt would be a very competitive advantage having a Yazio pro feature that makes it possible to determine different calorie needs during a week.
This is also called zig-zag dieting.
It is used to prevent weight loss plateaus during a low calorie diet. -

Radu MergedIt would be great if we could (optionally) adjust the current day calorie goal based on the result of the previous day. The objective would be to have a consistent weekly average.
For example, if yesterday was a "cheat day", today you may want to have a lower intake or a higher activity level.
Similarly, if one day your intake is below the target, the next day you could afford to have a higher intake. -

Armando Apollo MergedGood morning Yazio team start by complimenting you on what you have done.
I would like to propose a solution that would take the application to a next level where it is possible to plan in detail throughout the week.
It would be useful to be able to set in addition to the weekly target setting, for those who want the possibility of a calorie target on a single day or the division of macros on a single day in order to organize in detail for example a phase of body recomposition, where we have t -

KeoWould be great to set different macro goals for each day - with having templates.
eg. Workout day, Fasting day, Normal Day, Low Card day, High Carb day - you get the point.
And then use these templates to set goals either every morning or plan the entire week. -

Phabree MergedTo carry out an adequate body recomposition, calories and macronutrients need to change every day on a weekly basis. It is essential to allow this to be planned. All of this is to shed fat and build muscle easily, especially for skinny fats.
-

Frank Mergedcould you add the setting and automatic calculation of the weekly calorie balance, with the first day of the week settable? because for the body it is not the single day that counts but the weekly calorie balance!

Silvia Martignoni MergedIt would be convenient to be able to set the calorie goal and macros distribution for each day of the week, e.g. from Sunday to Friday 1600 kcal and Saturday 1950 kcal, so as to have a weekly average of 1650 kcal and not have red days but only green days, as all calorie recharges are programmed.

PhilippeI definitely agree, some diet requires different calories and nutritional goals (like carbo %). Other apps are already supporting this feature in a daily mode but I would prefer to keep using Yazio.

Phabree MergedMost users approach this app precisely to carry out a body recomposition. In view of this, it is not at all useful to adopt a fixed calorie schedule. There must be the ability to plan calories and macronutrient needs within the week (at least). This will allow the weekly planning of calories and macronutrients, in such a way as to also align with the advice of the personal trainer, thus avoiding to update calories and macronutrients day by day. This is a fundamental component that would go before all the features as it would get users a lot more results. I kindly ask you to vote on the following feature so that it goes up immediately. Thank you!
