Add the ability to enter a fixed amount of proteins, fats and carbohydrates in gram not in %
Why don’t you add feature to set macros by weight else than percentages?

currently only percentage is available.
"Edit macros daily target either in grams and in daily calories percentage." (suggested by chris on 2019-01-08), including upvotes (1) and comments (0), was merged into this suggestion.
Yes, it should be switceable, so the user can decide between grams or percentage.
I like this feature, and would also like to be able to add nutritional profiles to the list, like workout day and non-workout day, instead of editing default.
I suggested this to YAZiO support just recently (before finding this page). I would like this option.
In my case i want to eat 2,3 g protein/kg bodyweight and 1g fat/kg bodyweight regardless of calorie budget. And X g of carbs depending on the remaining calorie-budget of the day.
I agree with this request. Furthermore it would be very useful to be able to distinguish between the basic grams inserted from those added by the system to balance the calories spent with physical activity. You should be able to block the grams of one or more macros and make the system redistribute over the others: if we decide to take 200 g of protein and 45 g of maximum fat by blocking them, the SW will calculate the remaining caloric intake to be taken with carbohydrates.
I would like to set carbs by grams as a fixed value and have protein and fats that varies with activity level.
Yes, I totally agree, this function could be very useful. It's better to have the possibility to switch between grams to percentage.

At least, when you're a pro member, you should be able to do it!
YES PLEASE! I have considered switching apps just because of this feature. I have friends whom I recommended yazio to but they won't use it because it doesn't have this feature.
it would be more convenient if the macros were divided only in grams and not by percentage. thanks and sorry for my bad english.

The estimate of carbohydrates, proteins and fats should be done in grams and not in percentage, just like in the pro version of "myfitnesspal"
Please, add this feature! It would be awesome and very cool. It’s not a real problem to see the bar incomplete but it will be better if we can :)
It’s a base for musculation to set proteins in gramme instead of percentage!
My case is like as Vicente's, I should set the macronutrients per gram because of the recommended for my body weight, but I want to choose the grams not the percentages independent on the remaining calorie-budget

macros in grams is a perfect feature for pro users
apart from this you can think about a different schedule for the days of a week.
Not all days we eat the same macros, lot of people assume different macros on rest or workout days
I also need to be able to input macros per gram. My nutrition plan calls for a certain number of grams per macro.
For 103kg bodyweight I need (for example) 200g Protein and 80g Fat and total 2500calorie for maintaining my weight.
But if I want to bulk/cut and don’t want to increase my fat or protein, I need a function to fix these nutrients and let the carbs increase.

Instead of having to use a percentage of total calories for one's daily target of protein, fat, and carbs, allow users to input the target numbers directly.
The system that is used for the percentages seems to be broken anyway as it always leads to totals above 100%.
For example, my calorie total is currently 2430, made up of 220 protein (880 calories), 50 fat (450 calories) and 275 carbs (1100 calories).
However using the percentage system, the nearest totals I can get are 219 protein (899 calories), 52 fat (486 calories), and 273 carbs (1118 calories).
This illustrates two points:
1. The percentage total for this day somehow comes out to 103%, despite the daily goal being perfectly divisible between the macro targets.
2. The caloric totals given to the macros do not correspond to the very common idea that protein and carbs yield 4 calories per gram, and fat yields 9.
Change the system to meet these standards so the percentages work correctly, or allow for manual

Please add the count by grams, it would be very useful
Add the ability to enter a fixed amount of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Using percentages is inconvenient because you can't always enter the exact number, and translating into calories from proteins, fats and carbs and back is inconvenient and at the moment I'm leaning more towards a competitor app than yours

it makes no sense for someone bodybuilding to have the macro nutrients raising by %, we should be able to fix the macro nutrients by grams per KG of body weight. i want my calories to show the burned on it, but when i activate that it shows this new macros goals that make zero sense
This is the one complain I have about the app... not being able to set fixed targets in grams. For me the ideal would be able to set min and max goals in grams, or leave it to vary according to total calories. In my current diet I would fix protein as 160gr min, and fat 60gr max... the rest of the intake goes to carbs.
