Recipes: filter search results

Right now we can filter recipes only in the "homepage" section. It will be great if we could filter them in search results as well.

optimize the recipe search through filters that eliminate foods, either due to allergies or simply because you don't like them and also for people who are vegans, vegetarians, etc. I'll be more comfortable, easy and quick. In fact you can even add a section in the account information to add, what foods you don't like, the type of diet you follow or any disease such as diabetes, celiac disease, gastric problems, etc.

Now everything I go search for a nice mail it’s always in the same order and I don’t have the feeling I ever saw more than the top 50 recipes. Would be great to get to know some new ones in the tap
