Option for shiftworkers

I work in a 12 day shift-wheel so the given 7 day week which we can freely adjust does not work for people like me.
The same goes for people which alternate week by week or other shiftmodels.
It would be nice if we could adjust the amount of days and the individual times each day and build our own rotation without being bound to the regular workweek.
